The Faculty Association facilitates your life on campus and beyond.
The purpose of FA is to provide a formal networking platform for faculty members to foster their personal and professional growth. The FA will serve as the voice to represent and advocate for its members, uphold academic freedom, fairness, transparency and equality for all members. FA will increase the awareness of issues specific to the faculty community.
It is my honor to serve you as the President of Faculty Association for the period 2022-2025. I plan to continue to build a strong faculty voice regarding workplace issues and compensation. I hope to use our collective strength and leadership experience here at IITM to support you in making our workplace the kind you look forward to engaging in every day.
